RETURNS
We strive to provide the best product and the best service possible, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the items without any extra charge.
We cannot accept any open-package product in any way. Please use our free sample provided to you with the shipment, to test our product before opening. For health and safety reasons we cannot accept opened, used, or altered coffee products.

You are free to request a product exchange at any time as long as the exchanged products is in the same original condition.

REFUNDS
After your returned item has been received, inspected and approved, we will issue a full refund to the original used payment method.
Some banks take up to 7 days to post Refunds to customer’s accounts. Please verify with your bank before submission.
